Structural form
Storage rack and conveying mechanism: It is made of high-quality steel carefully processed and welded, and the storage rack adopts the form of inclined plane. The aluminum rod is placed on the inclined table of the material storage rack; The aluminum rod is conveyed to the pushing and conveying mechanism by the air cylinder and the dial. The roller chain and the reducer motor drive the push plate to send the aluminum rod into the furnace.
Furnace body
Furnace shell frame of heating furnace: welded by 1204 square tube and 100503 rectangular tube, the shell is reinforced by 4mmA3 plate, and the surface is sprayed with high temperature resistant paint.
Rod frame in the furnace: 304 stainless steel groove is welded on 18KG light rail, and the bottom frame of the light rail is welded by 1001008H steel, which is durable and has less heat transfer.
Inner furnace hall: It is made of 6-channel steel as the support, and the inside is overlapped with 201 stainless steel plates. According to the high temperature change between normal temperature and 600 ℃, a high-strength structure suitable for thermal deformation is designed, and a high-quality high-temperature resistant material-aluminum silicate fiber blanket is used between the two steel plates of the structure. Therefore, the design of the furnace shell not only provides good heat preservation effect, but also effectively prevents the hot air in the furnace from leaking out.
Automatic rod turning and rod moving: The rod moving knife is designed as a sickle type, which has a vibrating rod effect while turning and moving the rod to prevent the rod from sticking.
Full rod detection: Before moving the rod, detect whether there is a storage rod on the storage rod rack in the furnace through the reciprocating action of the cylinder, and press the signal transmitted back by the magnetic switch to make the next action.
Rod feeding in place detection: After the full rod detects that there is no rod stored on the rod storage rack in the furnace, a signal will be given to move the rod from the rod storage rack outside the furnace through the feeding transmission conveyor rack to the rod feeding in place detection. The sensor light is on, and the rod moving action receives the instruction, and the rod is moved through the action of the cylinder.
Temperature measurement system: It consists of three groups of thermocouples to realize the functions of high temperature alarm, low temperature combustion, standby heat preservation, etc.
Combustion chamber: The combustion chamber lining is made of high temperature resistant 5mm310S stainless steel. It can work stably at 650 ℃ for a long time.
Energy-saving combustion system and waste heat recovery system: The natural gas/liquefied petroleum gas burner is used to heat the air in the furnace for circulation. This heating method has high thermal efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection. The hot gas is evenly blown into the furnace through the long hole of the fire tunnel to heat the aluminum rod evenly. The exhaust gas passes through the heat exchanger and the cold air of the combustion-supporting fan to bring back heat through heat exchange, and the exhaust gas is discharged through the smoke. Its energy-saving effect is remarkable, and the accuracy required for temperature control is very reliable.
Hot shear machine (vertical standard)
Hot shear aluminum rod according to the extrusion process requirements to meet the needs of extruder.
Main frame and oil cylinder: It consists of moving and fixed tool seats, frame plate, main oil cylinder, clamping oil cylinder, etc. After the aluminum rod enters the shearing machine, the actions of clamping the aluminum rod, shearing and cutting the aluminum rod are realized. The oil cylinder is customized by professional manufacturers, the seal is made of temperature-resistant sealing elements from Japan and Germany, other materials are made of high-quality steel, and the guide rail is made of wear-resistant tin bronze.
Scissors blade: specially made of 4Cr5MoSiV1 (H13) material, which has long life, good shearing opening and shearing gap adjustment mechanism to ensure shearing quality.
Manual adjustable length fixing mechanism: It consists of pulling handwheel, bracket, collision block, screw rod, polished rod, nut, etc. The size of aluminum rod can be arbitrarily determined within the scope of extruder process requirements. The mechanism has the advantages of high positioning accuracy, convenient adjustment, reliable performance and improved product yield.
Rod feeding mechanism: It is determined by the installation position of extruder and long rod hot shear production line, and is conveyed by chute or feeding vehicle
Electrical and automation control system: The electrical control and temperature control of the whole line are controlled by a programmable process controller (PLC). Its control method is safe and reliable, and it is convenient to adjust parameters. After years of experience accumulation, we adopt the highly integrated control mode of touch screen and PLC.
