For large or complex aluminum profile equipment, such as large heating furnaces, technicians will use specialized tools to perform precise leveling adjustments, component alignment, and other operations to ensure the equipment meets operational requirements from the start.
- Commissioning
After installation, technicians will commission the equipment. This involves electrical system testing, checking if circuit connections are correct, and verifying the proper functioning of electrical components. They will also set appropriate electrical parameters.
Mechanical parts of the equipment will be adjusted, such as tightening or loosening transmission components, checking the lubrication system, and testing the travel and speed of moving parts. During the commissioning process, technicians will gradually activate various functions of the equipment, observe its operational status, and test performance indicators like production efficiency and product quality to ensure they meet the required standards, making necessary adjustments as needed.

We provide comprehensive training for the customer's operators. The training covers basic operating procedures, such as starting up, shutting down, and operational steps during equipment operation.
We explain the functions and operation methods of the buttons and indicator lights on the equipment control panel to ensure operators can proficiently use the equipment interface.
We also impart safety precautions during operation, such as preventing pinching, burns, and electric shocks. And how to properly wear protective equipment.
- Maintenance Training
Provide training for the client's maintenance personnel on the maintenance and care of the equipment. The training covers routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubrication, and tightening, including their frequency and methods.
Explain regular inspection items and standards, for example, how to check the wear of critical components and how to test the performance parameters of the equipment.
Teach methods for diagnosing and troubleshooting minor faults, enabling maintenance personnel to promptly address minor issues and minimize downtime.

Establish a rapid fault response mechanism to ensure that the after-sales service center can promptly handle customer feedback regarding equipment malfunctions. Typically, dedicated customer service staff will record basic fault information, such as the time of the fault, the operating status of the equipment, and the fault symptoms.
Based on the urgency of the fault, a corresponding response plan will be formulated. For critical faults that severely impact production, technicians will be dispatched to the site as soon as possible. For less severe faults that do not affect basic operation or can be resolved through remote assistance, initial diagnosis and handling can be conducted via phone or network.
- On-site Repair
Upon arrival at the site, technicians will use professional diagnostic tools and equipment to conduct a thorough diagnosis of the fault. They will perform a comprehensive inspection of the equipment's mechanical structure, electrical system, hydraulic system, etc., to determine the specific cause of the fault.
Repairs will be carried out based on the identified cause, including the replacement of damaged parts. The after-sales service will maintain a stock of commonly used parts to ensure timely replacement. After the repair is completed, the technician will retest the equipment to ensure that the fault has been eliminated and the equipment is operating normally.
- Remote Repair Assistance
For some simple faults or issues that can be resolved through software adjustments, the after-sales service team will provide remote assistance. They will offer solutions based on the customer's description of the equipment fault, conducting remote diagnostics and repairs.
Technicians can guide on-site personnel according to the customer's description of the equipment fault, instructing them to perform simple operations such as adjusting parameters or restarting the equipment to resolve the fault.

When providing parts, also offer guidance on parts replacement. This includes how to correctly disassemble and install parts, as well as technical points to note, such as torque requirements and sealing requirements.
For the replacement of critical parts, more detailed operating procedures and safety tips may be provided to ensure a smooth replacement process and prevent damage to the equipment.

To improve and upgrade the mechanical structure of the equipment, such as increasing production speed, enhancing product quality, and improving equipment stability.

Based on customer needs, add new functions to the equipment. For example, adding online monitoring capabilities to a heating furnace for real-time quality control; adding automatic layout functions to cutting equipment to improve material utilization.
When upgrading equipment and expanding functions, the after-sales service team will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the customer's equipment, develop a reasonable upgrade plan, and be responsible for implementing the upgrade and renovation project.
