Aluminum Melting Furnace

To support our clients ‘production of high-end aluminum alloy rods, ingots, and aluminum plates/bands, we have designed and manufactured a tilting-type molten aluminum furnace with thermal insulation. This production solution addresses safety concerns through dual mechanisms: First, the tilting furnace is equipped with German-made high-precision level sensors at its rear end, enabling real-time adjustment of tilting speed to control molten aluminum flow based on post-furnace liquid levels. In case of emergencies, the system automatically activates interlocking mechanisms to immediately reset the furnace and block further aluminum outflow. Second, the tilting design ensures stable molten aluminum discharge through physical overturning, effectively reducing oxide formation during casting. This innovative approach significantly enhances casting quality, meeting our clients’ demands for premium-grade aluminum alloy products.
