Billet casting production line

Our company specializes in horizontal hot-top casting platforms, primarily used for aluminum alloy round ingot and flat ingot casting. We provide professional design and manufacturing of horizontal hot-top casting platforms. The equipment employs the horizontal hot-top casting principle, with panels and covers welded from national standard Q355 steel plates. Custom designs are tailored to meet specific product requirements. The mold materials include 6-series die-cast components and 5-series forged aluminum parts, featuring two cooling configurations: water curtain cooling and perforated cooling. This system can accommodate production needs for aluminum alloy ingots ranging from Grade 1 to Grade 8. The finished round/flat ingots exhibit smooth surfaces, minimal vertical deviation, and excellent extrusion-spray performance.
